Refunds
Sorry, we can't refund , but we will be happy to provide you a Gift Card of the same value of your purchase item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a gift card or exchange. Returned items must also include the original package with original tags attached. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only exchanges with different size (same product). Costumers are responsible for the shipping cost returns. items exchange will be send 5 working days after we receipt the returns.
Shipping
Free Shipping Cost in Indonesia with minimum purchase of IDR 500.000 Rupiah, purchase under IDR 500.000 will be charge with flat rate shipping cost in Indonesia, the cost is IDR 20.000
Orders will be ship 1 day after we receive the orders. We don't do shipping on weekends.
Packages lost in transit will not be reimbursed or handled by us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
